Jamesetta Lovett, REALTOR®

Lovett OR List It | Coldwell Banker Realty

Whether you're buying your first home, upgrading to your dream home, downsizing, or selling a property you've loved for years, I believe every real estate journey deserves expert guidance, clear communication, and exceptional service.

As a REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Realty and a proud Lexington County resident since 1989, I bring a unique combination of local market knowledge, strategic problem-solving, and over 39 years of technology experience to every transaction. My background has taught me the importance of precision, organization, negotiation, and attention to detail, skills that help my clients navigate today's competitive real estate market with confidence.

I am passionate about helping buyers find not just a house, but the right place to call home. Having raised my family in Lexington County and watched our community grow over the years, I provide valuable insight into neighborhoods, schools, lifestyle options, and local market trends throughout Lexington, Columbia, Irmo, Chapin, Blythewood, and the surrounding Midlands.

For sellers, I combine innovative marketing strategies, strong market analysis, professional representation, and personalized service to position homes effectively and maximize their value. My goal is simple: deliver the highest level of service while helping you achieve the best possible outcome.

Together with my husband and real estate partner, Leslie Lovett, we provide our clients with the advantage of a dedicated team committed to making every transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible. We understand that buying or selling a home is one of life's biggest decisions, and we're honored to guide our clients every step of the way.

A graduate of South Carolina State University and an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, I am also proud to serve my community as a Volunteer Guardian Ad Litem for Lexington County. Service, integrity, and advocacy are at the heart of everything I do, both professionally and personally.

When you choose Lovett OR List It, you're choosing a trusted advisor, skilled negotiator, and local expert who genuinely cares about your goals.
